These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and [Legal name] for access to the DGuard software on a subscription basis. They are written for owners and administrators of Minecraft servers. Please read them before you sign up or pay: by creating an account or paying for a plan, you accept everything below.

1. Definitions#

“DGuard”, “we”, “us” — [Legal name], whose details are listed in section 17.

“Service” — the DGuard software: the anticheat plugin for Minecraft servers (the “Plugin”), the website, the account area and control panel, plus updates and support.

“Customer”, “Licensee”, “you” — the individual, sole trader or organization that accepts these Terms.

“Account” — your account on the website. You use it to connect servers and manage license keys, your plan and payments.

“License key”, “key” — a unique string the Service issues for each connected server. The Plugin uses it to confirm that it is licensed.

“Plan” — a set of limits and terms published on the pricing page: the free Starter plan, the paid Server and Network plans, and the custom Enterprise plan.

“Online limit” — the maximum number of players who can be online at the same time on your servers running the Plugin under your Plan.

“Paid period” — the week, month or 3 months you have prepaid for on a paid Plan.

“Payment provider” — PayHot, the payment service that processes payments for the Service.

2. Acceptance#

You accept these Terms when you create an account or pay for a Plan, whichever comes first. From that moment these Terms form a binding agreement between you and DGuard.

If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use and pay for the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not sign up for or use the Service.

3. What you get#

DGuard grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and run the Plugin on your own Minecraft servers within the limits of your Plan and for as long as the Plan is active. Along with it you get access to the account area and control panel.

You may not transfer this right or sublicense it to anyone without our written consent.

All rights in the Service, except the third-party code described in section 13, belong to DGuard. Any rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved.

4. Account and license keys#

Use a valid email address when you sign up: payment confirmations, plan reminders and support replies go there. You are responsible for everything that happens in your account.

Keep your password secret. Your active sessions are listed in the panel settings, where you can sign out any session you don't recognize.

A server's key is shown only once — when you connect the server or rotate its key. We store only a hash of the key and cannot show it again, so save it right away.

Keep your keys secret: do not publish them in public repositories, screenshots, streams or publicly accessible configs.

If a key may have leaked, rotate it in the panel immediately — the old key stops working. Key rotation is rate-limited to protect the Service from abuse.

DGuard is not responsible for consequences caused by you disclosing your password or keys.

5. Plans and limits#

Protection is identical on every Plan: all checks and rules, stealth mode, evidence-based bans with reports, strictness settings and the panel. Plans differ only in the online limit, the number of servers and the level of support.

As of this version, the limits are: Starter — free, up to 30 players online, 1 server; Server — up to 150 players online, 1 server; Network — up to 500 players online, up to 5 servers; Enterprise — more than 500 players online and unlimited servers. If this differs from the pricing page, the pricing page prevails.

The free Starter plan requires no payment and has no time limit. Your account also falls back to it when a paid period ends.

If your online count exceeds your Plan's limit, the Service may restrict the Plugin above the limit and we may suggest a suitable Plan. Deliberately circumventing limits is a breach of section 8.

Enterprise terms and pricing are agreed individually. If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement prevails.

6. Payment#

Paid Plans are prepaid in full for the period you choose — one week, one month or three months. Prices are listed on the website and locked in at payment: the price of a period you have already paid for does not change.

The currency depends on the language version of the site: prices on the English site are shown and charged in US dollars, on the Russian site in rubles. Your bank may charge a conversion fee.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, prices include any taxes we are required to charge.

Payments are processed by the Payment provider PayHot. Depending on the currency, you can pay by bank card, SBP, SberPay or cryptocurrency; the available methods are shown at checkout. You enter your card details on the provider's side — they never reach DGuard.

Your Plan activates once the provider confirms the payment. A payment confirmation and, where required, a receipt are sent to your account email.

There is no auto-renewal: we never charge you without your action. Before a paid period ends, we remind you by email or Telegram. If you don't renew, your account moves to the free Starter plan and its limits.

When you renew the same Plan, the new days are added to your current term.

When you switch Plans, the unused remainder of your current Plan is converted into days on the new one: the value of the remaining days at list prices in the purchase currency is divided by the daily price of the new Plan, and those days are added to the new paid period. The panel shows the resulting end date before you pay.

7. Refunds#

Within 14 days of payment, you can request a refund for an unused paid period. Contact support on the website or via the Telegram bot and include your order number and account email.

After 14 days, DGuard may, at its discretion, refund the remaining unused days on a pro rata basis.

Refunds are made through the Payment provider to the original payment method. How long the money takes to arrive depends on your bank or payment system. For cryptocurrency payments, refund details are agreed through support within what the provider supports.

Once a refund is made, the paid Plan is turned off and your account moves to the free Starter plan.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory applicable law.

8. Acceptable use#

You may not resell, rent out, transfer or sublicense keys or access to the Service, or use keys on more servers than your Plan allows.

You may not circumvent online or server limits, license checks or any other technical restrictions of the Service.

You may not decompile, disassemble or modify the Plugin, except to the extent applicable law expressly allows it.

You may not redistribute the Plugin, or use the Service to develop cheats, bypass anticheats or build a competing product.

You may not attack the website or API, put excessive load on them, scrape them or try to access other people's accounts.

You may not use the Service in breach of the law or the rights of others.

A breach of these rules allows us to suspend access under section 14.

9. Config store, site balance and invites#

The panel has a config store: Plugin settings files that some users (“Authors”) sell to others (“Buyers”). We run the store, take payment and review the files, but we are not the authors of the configs.

Authors set their own price, from 30 to 200 RUB. Store prices are shown and charged in roubles in every language version of the site.

From every sale, 50% of the price goes to the Author's site balance. The other 50% is our fee for the store, payment processing and file review.

The site balance is an internal record in roubles. It can pay for a Plan (at the Plan's rouble price) and for other Authors' configs. The balance cannot be withdrawn as money or moved to another account, is not a deposit and earns no interest.

By listing a config, the Author confirms they made it or have the right to sell it, and that it contains no one else's keys, passwords or personal data. The Author allows us to store and review the file and deliver it to Buyers, and allows each Buyer to use the config on their own servers. Reselling, publishing or sharing bought configs is not allowed.

Before publication the Service automatically strips license keys, passwords, tokens, addresses and access links from the file, and the DGuard team reviews every version. We may reject or hide a config that breaks these rules, doesn't match its description or draws Buyer complaints. The Author sees the reason in the panel.

A bought config can be downloaded any number of times, and the Author's new versions are free. If a config doesn't work or doesn't match its description, contact support: we may return its price to the Buyer's balance; access to the file then ends and the Author's share of that sale is taken back from their balance. Refunds of payments made through the Payment provider follow section 7.

If a payment through the provider arrives for a config you already own or that is no longer for sale, the amount goes to your balance.

A config is a set of settings, not a promise of results: how it works depends on your server, plugins and players. Our liability for settings chosen by an Author is limited to the price of the config.

Invites. Every account has a personal invite link in the panel. A user who signs up within 30 days of opening it counts as invited by the link's owner (the “Inviter”).

For every Plan payment the invited user makes through the Payment provider, the Inviter's site balance gets 10% of that Plan's rouble price, whatever currency was paid. Balance payments and Plans we grant by hand earn nothing.

The invited user gets 7 extra days on their first paid Plan.

If a payment is refunded, its reward is taken back from the Inviter's balance. Inviting yourself, creating accounts for the reward and spreading the link by spam are not allowed: in such cases we may take back the reward and disable the link.

10. Anticheat decisions and punishments#

DGuard collects evidence about player behavior, evaluates it and produces reports. Punishments — kicks, bans and others — are applied according to the rules and strictness configured by the server owner.

As the server owner, you are responsible for your server's rules, for the punishments applied on it, and for handling player appeals and communication with players. DGuard is not a party to the relationship between you and your players and does not handle player appeals.

No anticheat catches 100% of cheats or fully rules out false positives. DGuard does not guarantee that the Service will detect every cheat or never make a mistake. Check the report before applying strict punishments in disputed cases.

Player data that the Plugin processes on your server stays with you. You, as the server owner, are responsible to your players for how it is processed.

11. Availability, updates and support#

We aim to keep the website, panel and license checks running without interruption, but we do not guarantee it. Planned maintenance and outages may happen, including ones caused by hosting, network and other third-party providers.

We release updates with new rules and fixes and may change features of the Service, as long as protection on paid Plans is not materially reduced. Supported versions of Minecraft and server software are listed on the website; we are not obliged to support outdated versions.

Installing updates and keeping backups of your settings is up to you. We recommend testing an update on a staging server before rolling it out to production.

Support is available through the support page on the website and the DGuard Telegram bot, linked from the website. News is posted in the Telegram channel https://t.me/dguard_mc.

We make reasonable efforts to respond and resolve issues as quickly as possible, but we do not guarantee specific response times unless agreed separately. The scope of support depends on your Plan and is described on the website. Never send full passwords or keys to support.

12. Limitation of liability#

The Service is provided “as is”, with the features described on the website at the time of use.

DGuard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits, including loss of players, revenue, reputation or data; for the actions of players or third parties; for punishments applied under your settings; for incompatibility with other plugins or mods; or for outages at network, hosting or payment providers.

DGuard's total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid DGuard in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where applicable law does not allow liability to be limited, including for intentional misconduct.

13. Third-party code and trademarks#

DGuard includes third-party components distributed under their own licenses. Rights in those components belong to their respective holders; the license texts ship with the plugin. The rest of DGuard is developed by the DGuard team.

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB and Microsoft Corporation. DGuard is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Mojang or Microsoft.

Names of other anticheats are mentioned on the website for comparison only and belong to their respective owners.

14. Term and termination#

These Terms apply from the moment you accept them until your account is deleted or the agreement is terminated.

You can delete your account at any time in the panel settings. Your servers' keys stop working, and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not by itself issue a refund: if you want one under section 7, contact support before deleting.

DGuard may suspend access or block keys or the account if you breach these Terms — for example, by reselling keys, circumventing limits or attacking the Service — or if the law requires it. Where possible, we warn you in advance and give you time to fix the issue; for serious breaches, access may be suspended immediately.

If access is terminated because of a breach of section 8, DGuard may withhold a refund for the remaining period to the extent applicable law allows.

If DGuard shuts down the Service, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund the unused paid days.

15. Changes to these Terms#

We may update these Terms. The new version is published on the website with its update date. We notify you of material changes by email or in the panel at least 10 days before they take effect.

Changes do not affect the price or limits of a period you have already paid for.

If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the new version. If you don't agree, delete your account and request a refund for the unused days.

16. Governing law and disputes#

These Terms are governed by the applicable law of the jurisdiction where DGuard is established: [Jurisdiction].

Before going to court, please contact us at [Contact email] and describe the issue. Both parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute through negotiation within 30 days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved this way, it will be heard by the competent courts of [Jurisdiction], unless mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
