What it does
ChestStealer empties a chest in a split second: as soon as the window opens, the cheat takes everything valuable before a human could even see what's inside. AutoBuy does the same in shops and auction houses: it catches a good listing and clicks it the instant it appears.
On anarchy and survival that wins every race for loot — ender chests, dungeons, the chests of killed players. On servers with an economy AutoBuy grabs the best auction listings and rare shop items before any living buyer, and trading turns into a contest of bots.
How to spot it
- A chest is empty right after it opens, though the player dragged nothing by hand
- Takes the most valuable items first, in perfect order
- Buys an auction listing the moment it appears — before the window could even update for a human
- Acts equally fast in any chest or shop, with no pause to read
How it gets caught
The server itself sends the player a window's contents and knows when an item appeared in a slot. To click it, a human has to see it: the packet must reach the client, the frame must be drawn, and the eye and hand must react. The anticheat marks when the client received the item and compares it with the click: a cheat clicks before the item could have been seen.
Fast hands and sorting mods make similar clicks, so only clicks on a new item and repeats across windows count. Whether AutoBuy and stealers are allowed is up to the server's rules — in DGuard the owner picks the punishment for this feature.
