XCarry

carries items in crafting slots

What it does

XCarry turns the 2×2 crafting grid in the inventory into a stash. Normally, closing the inventory puts the items from that grid back into it or drops them on the ground. The cheat simply never tells the server the window was closed — and the four crafting slots keep holding items while the player runs, fights and mines.

Four extra slots hardly matter in a minigame, but on anarchy and survival they mean more loot per trip, spare totems and supplies in a long fight, fewer runs back to base. That player carries out more than an inventory can hold, and honest opponents feel it.

How to spot it

  • The player leaves a raid or a fight with more items than fit in an inventory
  • If your inventory-viewing plugin shows the crafting grid, there are items in it though the player hasn't crafted for ages
  • Items appear in the inventory seemingly out of nowhere as soon as space frees up

How it gets caught

The server treats the inventory as open from a click on it until a close packet, and an honest client sends that close every time the player puts the screen away. With XCarry the window stays open forever while the player does things that never happen with a screen up: accelerating, hitting, placing blocks, eating. Items sitting in the crafting grid through all of that are strong evidence.

Inventory desync after lag or plugin interference can create a similar one-off picture, so the whole history is compared, not a single packet. None of the five rivals in the comparison has a dedicated XCarry check.
