SuperKnockback

extra knockback on the enemy

Also called:SuperKB

What it does

The game gives extra knockback only to a hit from a sprint, and that hit resets sprint — to hit hard again, an honest player has to restart their run. SuperKnockback does it for them before every hit, often only in packets: the server believes the cheater is sprinting even while they stand still.

Where knockback decides the fight, that's a shortcut to winning: sumo, bridges, edge fights in BedWars and SkyWars. Opponents fly further than they should, can't answer back and end up in the void more often. A related cheat is KeepSprint.

How to spot it

  • Every hit sends the opponent flying, even while the cheater stands still, backs off or walks sideways
  • Opponents get knocked off edges noticeably more often than in fights with other players
  • Full knockback with no visible W-tap and no run-up

How it gets caught

Sprint can't be switched on at will: the player has to be moving forward, not eating or blocking with a shield, not sneaking, and have more than three drumsticks on the hunger bar. The anticheat checks whether the player's physics and state allowed sprinting at the moment of the hit, and looks at packet order: a sprint start squeezed in right before an attack, with no movement between them, doesn't come from a vanilla client.

Honest W-tapping restarts sprint often too, and lag glues packets together, so the restart count alone proves nothing. Evidence is an impossible sprint at the moment of a hit, piling up hit after hit.
